1. DELIVERY POLICY
Currently orders can be delivered within Australia and overseas.

2. REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns/exchanges can be made within 14 days from date of purchase. The cost of return /exchange delivery will be borne by the customer. Returns/exchanges can only be made if the garment is in it's original condition (unwashed and unworn Please return the garment together with the original receipt and completed return/exchange form (included with your purchase) to:

A refund will be credited to your credit card upon receipt. Should the new garment that is being exchanged is unavailable by the time we receive your parcel, we will notify you by email.

3. PAYMENT TERMS
Payments are accepted through an offline credit card processing system. We reserve the right to ensure orders are bona fide. If they are not bona fide we reserve the right to cancel the order and the customer will be notified by email.

4. PRIVACY POLICY
We value our customers and respect your private information. We collect certain information about you in order to process your order, contact you regarding your order or send information to you about our products/services with your prior consent.

We do not sell/rent your private information to third parties.

We reserve the right to change our prices without notice.

6. PRODUCT RANGE
KISU continually changes and upgrades its products to provide customers with new product offerings. We may revise and discontinue products at any time without prior notice to customers.

The colours as seen on the KISU website are produced as accurately as possible however there may be a slight variation due to the customer's computer monitor settings.

All orders are subject to availability of stock and if unavailable after acceptance of payment, a full refund will be made and the customer will be notifed by email.
